I tried out the free version to see if I'd be interested in paying the 2.99 for the better version without ads 5 minutes into the game my character turned into a black square and then whole screen went black and didn't show anything but I was still able to move. To buggy compared to other emulators I've used. Highly recommend finding another option until the bugs have been figured out

The amount of ads is absolutely ridiculous. I have no problems paying for the pro version. I've done this with about 40 other apps that have a free version. I try it if I like it I go pro. But this one is a hard pass for me. 10 seconds after just launching the app. I got an ad, when I go to files section boom another ad, when I selected my ROM guess what? ABOTHER AD 3 ads within 45 seconds of having the app open. This is insane

App used to work great. Upomg trying to use it lately the ads are way too frequent. Not to mention the audio for none of my games works. I'm using MelonDS now which seems to work much better despite being in development. I just wish it had the save feature in the emulator like this one. But this one is no longer playable.
